thenomad
Tonight's games will be totally different. Santa Fe with a hobbled Dodson will face a Duke lead Richland team. I think Richland may run away with this game if Dodson turns into a non factor. Richland by 15, maybe more. In the championship, Cornersville and Moore Co. matchup for the 3rd time. All the ol' cliches apply. I look for Moore Co. to jump out early and test Nelm's bum leg. Cornersville will need her to be effective. Moore Co. by a slim margin. Escape17
Nelms was back at practice yesterday looking good! The Ole Horse Liniment works wonders! Moore County very well may win, but the Lady Dawgs are pretty fired up after the win last week without Nelms. The Raiderettes know they will have their hands full after sitting and watching Cornersville's supporting cast come from behind to beat Richland. Hat's off to both programs who are well coached and have fans from each of these schools that have tremendous respect for the game and each other. Many of these girls play AAU together during the spring. Even thought they want to beat each other bad. Respect & Sportsmanship is usually on display when these two hook-up! Good Luck to both Tonight & Friday in the Region 6 first round vs. either Summertown or Perry Co.

Nicely put I look for Cornersville to put Pressure and our Post players and try and make them play defense something #30 didn't do very well last game. Plus #31 will probably be limited to her action that hurts cause she played the best outta are 4 post players last game against Cornersville. THIS IS BIG TIME LADIES WINNER WILL BE SITTING PRETTY IN REGIONS! Good luck to all! just remember "BIG TIME PLAYERs" make BIG TIME PLAYS in BIG TIME GAMES if not then your just and average player!!! Perry Co at Moore Co Richland at Wayne Co Santa Fe at Collinwood Summertown at Cornersville yes it was 2 ot's MC controlled the game Refs got Cornersville back into the game but we had some BIG free throws at the end that pulled us away. ANd the scary thing is that MC is REAL young and aint really played there best ball yet. Congrats to Cornersville they played awesome and made good on ther gifts from the refs to pull back close. fanonly
I am glad Moore County and Cornersville faced off again. It was worth the price of admission and then some. No better teams to match up in a district championship and both teams played like champs tonight. It took two overtimes to decide the game. Teams, coaches and fans showed up and were in it from the tip-off. /popcorneater.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":popcorneater:" border="0" alt="popcorneater.gif" /> Moore County came on strong with amazing defense and multiple steals in the first half. True to form you can never count Cornersville out of the game. The Raiderettes kept digging and pulled it out. A true team effort. Starting five or subs...didn't matter. They all were ready to hit the floor and were real contributors. Good teamwork Moore County. Unbelievable foul shot percentage for Cornersville tonight. Just a great game to watch! Good job Baby Blue! /thumb[1].gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":thumb:" border="0" alt="thumb[1].gif" />
