Stark1
The season is getting closer! Which team is going to rise to the top? Some teams have lost some key players. Some return a lot of players. Last year was a "dog fight" every night. I don't think there is a clear-cut favorite. Who is it going to be? Stark1
1. Westmoreland 2. Everyone Else Didn't they have about 4 or 5 to graduate? If they did, it will be hard for them to get the number 1 spot. It can happen. Coach Graves does a great job, and always has his team ready to play. Trousdale Co. only lost 2, (I think); Friendship lost 1, and Gordonsville only lost 1. Those teams should be pretty good. Every night will be exciting. It's going to be fun. IbleedBLUE
This season is going to be very interesting. I look for more teams to compete against 7a this year than they have in the past but who knows. Can't wait for the season to start!

We played them in camp and neither of us looked like we knew what we were doing, it was a typical camp game for sure. Coach Graves does an excellent job up there and make no mistake about it come tournament time they will be a tough out. Gordonsville and the private school should be the odds on favorites. G-ville returns most of their team and as we all know theres no telling who FC will have in the line-up. Depending on how the "off season" went they could have a whole new line-up! They will undoubtedly have added atleast one new player maybe more. 8A will be very competitive, Trousdale Co. will be better so it will be good to be a fan this year in 8A as most all the games should be very competitive. Good luck to all and hopefully we will see you in the big city of Watertown in February! /thumb[1].gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":thumb:" border="0" alt="thumb[1].gif" />

Gordonsville has picked up a transfer from Carthage, and a transfer from Ezell-Harding. But, Trousdale and Westmoreland will still factor heavily in the final outcome of regular season and tournament play. No doubt about it...it will be competitive and it will be fun. Good luck to everyone in 7A as well. We play Clay, Red Boiling, Monterey in the regular season; and scrimmage Clarkrange and Pickett, so we will get a taste of District 7A throughout the season. See ya down the road.
