I think Houston County will give CA a run for their money. Its going to be a toss up, and I also think foul trouble with their big men will be the deciding factor. I have seen both teams play, and if the CA twins getinto foul trouble, theres no one on the bench to cut their slack, whereas HC does have big men who can play and help out if their big men get into trouble. Also, it goes without saying, Ethan Dillard will always be in the thick of things, along with the Featherstone boy. CA did beat HC at the MC camp, but not by much I heard, and also, Spurgeon was out due to an injury in the loss. Should be an interesting season.

I did hear that HC almost beat CA at the camp; however, I have also heard that CA didn't have a few of their starters out their due to football. I would not doubt one bit that HC will be competitive this year, but from the looks of who's back for who's team this year CA the has major components of their team back this year. Now, based on just that alone I assume CA wins the district out right, but we won't know until the season starts. District 10A has its share of great coaches and I wouldn't be surprised if I get thrown for a loop by the seasons end.

I would never count Heritage out of the equation. Petrone always does a good job with them.

I heard the only one out was the pg, ? Sam? I think his name is. As I said before, I think it will come down to fouls, we shall see.

CA only had two starters at the summer camp this year two of the others had travel baseball and Sam their point gaurd couldn't make it. I think it will be Clarksville Academy as the outright leader and then a toss up between Houston County and East Robertson. Im curious to see how Nashville Christian will bounce back from their season last year. I think it will play out something like this..

1) Clarksville Academy

2) Houston County

3) East Robertson

4) Jo Byrns

5) McEwin

6) White House Heritage

7) Nashville Christian

what do yall think?

I saw CA play last year and at camp, they weren't missing that many starters. It was also my understanding that Sam had originally not intended to play this season, and thats why he wasnt at camp. He has since changed his mind. Starters or no, its going to get interesting. Its a shame the other schools cant recruit like CA though. They have to make do with home grown boys, lol

I like CA to win this district. I don't necessarily disagree with the last predictions, but I find it hard to believe that a Charlie Anderson coached team will com in last. I know what your thinking. NCS lost everybody. They did but the same could be said for them four years ago when Caden and those guys were freshmen.

Recruit? How can you say that for years they were the laughing stock of the district. The twins are very good but had been attending the academy since 7th grade. They are a team built by hard practice and great coaching with many of their JV players ready to step up and play valuable time this year. They should run away with district and win region .

They might win district, but they will never win region.

I play on the team.. Unless 3 starters missing isn't that many to you than yeah we were.. Sam Porter my close friend decided he was playing before the start of summer camps. He had something to where he could not make it. And oh to your recruiting commment.. We have been the worst team in the district for I dont know how many years. It's pathetic that you have to make that kind of excuse when we do not recruit anyone.. and about the region comment.. we made it to the regional semi's last year and lost by 3 after being up 8 going into the 4th quarter and having a shot to tie in the last seconds of the game. The team we lost to went on to win the regional tournement and went on to state. Were gonna be better this year with the growth of the twins. I think we have a god chance and you'll be surprised
