Oneida , Oneida, Oneida..... How many threads can be about Oneida. They are a good team, but they are not the measuring stick. Oneida does nothing fancy on O but plays bend but don't break D. I watched them against Harriman, and if the ball would have bounced different this would have been a 7 point game. Oneida is very beatable, Now who is this thread about /roflol.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":roflol:" border="0" alt="roflol.gif" /> Cosby needs a couple more athletes to play with Hampton.

well apparently you didnt watch to close because if the reciever catches that pass its first and ten. i am pretty sure oneida would of punched that in for a td and the game would of been worse than it was. show me a team that can score twenty or more on the indian defense than talk. Harriman had one good drive and that was at the beginning of the second half and the indian d was bein lazy and they still didnt score.

the boys at Hampton are not the same team they have been in the past but they are still a very talented team. This groups biggest problem has been inconsistentsy. these have also been a completely different team since they got beat by west greene. Ask GCA. This team plays better when they know their back is against the wall. Adam no flips into the endzone.

Hampton by 12

Alot of people may think I'm wrong ,but I still say you guys are going to finish second. The way the region is right now ,anyone of 4 could still finish 1st. I still think Hampton is the best team, but they don't have alot of room for error. Its a 2 game season for all 4 teams.

    • I have no affiliation with Maryville anymore outside of being a 2nd generation graduate from a large family of Rebel alumni. That relationship ended courtesy of the lame duck AD (a Bearden grad I might add) and the HBIC. That said, I could care less if a private school comes through and offers every promising athlete out of that school or any other school better opportunities.
    • A perfect example is for athletes at Clinton High School. I will completely understand, and hopefully everyone should understand why they want to, and as of right now, it looks like that’s going to happen in numbers over the summer.
    • I mean, that’s easy to say when it hasn’t happened to your school that often, if at all, but yeah, I think everybody should be for the student athlete or player. Whatever they think will help them or their athletic career, I feel like they should be able to do that, even if that means transferring schools. Now I don’t really get that when you have almost every offer you could want and then jump ship, but what can I say? I guess money talks.
    • I for one am all for it.
    • Covid killed the city because they chose not to play football in the 2020 season. Therefore, kids weren't able to practice and develop, and continuing to lift weights. Memphis basically had 7/8 graders, skipping a year, then playing 9/10 high school football. Now, there's only one team that has made a "dent" which will be Southwind (made it to the 5A semifinals last year).  If you want to go more suburbs, then it'll be Houston, which won the 6A state title, defeating Oakland Other than that, I agree.
