My thoughts:

1. Clarkrange

2. Bradford

3. Jackson Co.

4. Oliver Springs

5. Madison Academic

Who knows just an opinion. JC may be better than Bradford, i know they beat them this summer. The others just a guess.

I think your list is very accurate. Here is my top 5 in the order I think.

1. Clarkrange

2. Bradford

3. Jackson County

4. Oliver Springs

5. Forrest

Talk about a HOMER! Jackson County BEAT Bradford and it WAS NOT close with JC putting in their subs ALOT! The final score was like a 10 or 15 point win by JC and you still list Bradford over them? You must be from there to do that an Clarkrange has only beaten JC ONCE in 3 years and yet you still dont give the STATE CHAMPION its due. Ya'll just keep thinkin whatever you want to think. Put your top ten or top five up it won't matter in the end.

This could be right. However the sad part is that people would be so jealous and

to not give anyone especially young people credit when their hard work, and

ability pays off in success. People hate the New England Patriots because they

have excelled in their sport. Jackson County has excelled because of the fans,

coaching, and excellent young student athletes. Now it is a free country, but we

should try to keep an open mind, and give credit where credit is due. That

the Herald-Citizen dislikes Jackson County so much they gave coach of the

year to Clarkrange coach Lamar Rogers and a player from a team other than

Jackson County only verifies this. Till they are beaten Jackson County and

Clarkrange should be one and two.

As usual Jackson Co. gets hind ///. No respect, Jealousey is what it is. Every coach in 7a is jealous of Jim Brown. JC beat every coach at least twice last year. Beat CR 5 timws and you still praise Lamar. The coaches all voted for Larmar as coach of the year for 2nd place, fully knowing 1ST. place always gets it. You could expect that from White but not the rest of the coaches. I thought that was really neat teaching the kids to be jealous of other girls and other teams. You 7a coaches should be ashamed. Who ever wins that last game will be no. 1.Everyone have a wonderful and safe season.

I would put Gleson somewhere in the top 5.

Go ahead and put them ahead of Jackson County. I don't know if they belong here, but I would just like to stick

around and see the smoke coming from my screen when lightning, coach, and midtensportfan sees the post /roflol.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":roflol:" border="0" alt="roflol.gif" />

Guys, we are not giving out the gold ball here, just opionions. That's the reason we play the game. /popcorneater.gif" style="vertical-align:middle" emoid=":popcorneater:" border="0" alt="popcorneater.gif" />

Just a reminder: Last year, JC was never picked #1 by all these posters, always underestimated.....and look what happened!!!! I kind of like going under the radar on CoachT.....

    • Biggest position to fill is QB. Kamden was special. A 1A team that can run and pass is very dangerous.
    • That would have been Coach Benjamin who was his legal Guardian and the DB coach.  I was the LB's Coach that was barely older than the players (I was going to UT for school and had started at Greeneville since my Sophomore year when Z coached there and he asked me to help coach)
    • Going on over a month now and still nothing, rumor mill or not I think a decision needs to be made. Maybe they don’t have anyone wanting it and maybe rumor mill don’t need it they are taking this long to come to an agreement.
    • Gibson County proved last year you can win it all with 6 players and if I’m not mistaken they only played 5 in the championship game. I would expect them to be good by end of season but I think losing Hart is a huge loss.  Summer camp gives teams a preview of what to expect and it’s exciting to see where teams are at. The Fillies return 3 starters and the 6th man that is 6’2” and I think she is going to surprise folks this season.
