Definitley the most mortal Maryville team in several years, having said that Bearden is not what they seem either. Beardens defense is laughable. Maryville runs away from them in the second half.

In case you haven't noticed (this year and in years past), the people around here and in upper East TN voting on this stuff are clueless. I wish Bearden well, but I think they're soon to be exposed.

 

What about Maryville? They were impressively improving week to week, but since the McMinn game it seems they've fallen off. I know this team isn't as loaded as previous Maryville squads, but the precision the Rebels are known for hasn't been there the last couple of weeks.

 

This is one of those district matchups that could be the difference in making, or not making, the playoffs.

it turns out that the carter kidd tore it up the summer at camps all over the east, scout.com says he is a hidden gem in this class, only reason he is hidden is because he sat out last year after transfering from webb school. says he would love to be a vol but i dont think he will get a scholarship, if he choses to take a scholarship it will be from someone a little smaller.

Cisco's best bet for playing college ball is being a kicker or a punter. I don't believe he is truly a pure safety prospect but then again I haven't seen him play in a while.

He is a very good looking player when he comes on the field. As far as making plays, I didn't see him make many. I was more impressed with him as a kicker/punter than a safety and the question I kept asking all night was if he is good enough to play safety then why do they not put him at WR, he looks like a Julio Jones. The fact that they do not have him at receiver is probably a testament that he is not the greatest of athletes regardless of how he looks in a uniform.
