Charlie Murphy
In quad 2, wouldn't #2 Polk get #8 Kingston, and #3 AE get #7 Loudon,,,,,,if this were how it played out?
BoardHater71
If that truly was the bracket then I would have: QUARTERFINALS Gatlinburg Pittman-Elizabethton Alcoa-Austin East Goodpasture-Pearl Cohn Camden-Milan SEMIFINALS Gatlinburg Pittman-Alcoa Goodpasture-Milan STATE TITLE GAME Alcoa-Goodpasture Doubt very seriously if GP could beat Elizabethton. This bunch is FOR REAL. Well I would pick GP
sportsdoc1
My guess would be that in Quad 2 it would be as follows: Top half: #1 Alcoa & #6 York #5 McMinn & #7 Loudon Then bottom half: #2 Polk & #8 Kingston #3 Austin East & #4 CAK All four dist. 4 teams are opposite each other in the first round. Dist. 4 Champion and runner up are in opposite sides of the bracket. Both Dist. 5 teams are in opposite sides of the bracket. Dist. 4 Champion gets a lower seed than Dist. 4 runner up. Dist. 5 Champion gets a lower seed than Dist. 5 runner up. Overall #1 is away from over all #2 and #3. This is my best guess and... Of course this is if the rest of the season goes as predicted. Have fun.
Indian
If these were the teams with the correct order, it would be- 1-Alcoa 6-York 4-CAK 5-McMinn Central 3-Austin-East 7-Loudon 2-Polk 8-Kingston Second-round matchups can involve region opponents. Alcoa's opponent would have to be 6 since 7 and 8 are in-region but after that they could go in order again, starting at 2 vs 8. That's how I understand it anyway

They are just that good.
FootballDad
Pujo: you seem to have knowledge about Betsy. Peeking around the corner, CAK travels to Elizabethton next week. How do you see that match up?
Stat_pack1
I don't have a clue how this goes, but I do have a question. If team wins their sub district with a record of .500 or a 4-6 record, but wins it. Do they have a home field game or do they travel even though they won their sub district? I know before winning your district at least gave you a home game to start..but with all the changes this year, I haven't got a clue. Would appreciate any explaination on this......in advance thanks! How do you see that match up? This will be one heck of a game, really too close to call.Although I'm a big Hampton fan,and they have a big game that night, I'm very temped to slip over to Betsy. This one will be worth the price of admission. It depends on the other 7 teams in your quad. The ranking priority for quad seeding goes like this: 1) #1 in District 2) #2 in District 3) top half of FB District 4) wildcard Hope this helps.
