Siegel at Tullahoma

Because this is a one-time broadcast where Tullahoma has a chance to feature its school, new stadium, and team throughout Middle Tennessee. MyTV30 has never gone this far to broadcast a game so when the opportunity presented itself the administration at Tullahoma wisely jumped at the chance.

Broadcasting all games live on TV would be a different story. It would be unwise to risk losing potential gate money. What advantage would the school, team, concession folks, etc. have broadcasting all games live?

Also, if one cable system in Tullahoma broadcast the games live you can bet other cable systems would quickly be in position to do the same.

I didn't know Jerry Mathis hired Fantasy Radio as his PR firm?

Not sure how that fits into the conversation here. Simply stating facts. Just talked with Murphy Fair and he and the MyTV30 crew are excited about coming to Wilkins Stadium tonight. Hopefully they will see a hard-fought contest that will be competitive to the end. The Wildcats' injuries are beginning to pile up and THS fans know that next week's contest with Lawrence Co. will determine postseason opportunities. A win tonight surely won't hurt, but a win next week ends all doubts.

I just don't think the money loss would be an issue. People that support the program and attend the games are going to be there regardless. It would benefit the old grandparents, and great-grandparents, who just can't get out in the rain in late October (like tonight) to watch their grandson play football. Or last week when it was 45-degrees and drizzly. But the supporters, season ticket holders, and even general fans who go out to see a game or two or three, won't pass a chance to go to sit at home and watch a high school football game.
