Where are all the Farragut faithful? Usually they would be all indigent and really telling everybody that would listen how they will tame the Mighty Wildcats!

Blade,   I know the man and the other coaches. If Rally's source is a coach, that coach has never shared that opinion with me, and certainly shouldn't be sharing it with anybody outside the coach

Alcoa dominated for the most part of the scrimmage....44-13....31-7 with the 1's. OR had some good players and played hard.

 

Now lets talk.

Who's your team? All you seem to do is trash talk on teams like Farragut and Oak Ridge... I'm sure we can find PLENTY to say about your team... My guess is Webb or Catholic... You have an negative opinion about most West Knoxville teams. Let's hear about the team you support....

You know you would be surprised who my team is. I played for a team in West Knoxville I am sick and tired of watching teams from the west tn win the gold bowl in the big boys 6A. Maryville first year and they almost won it and I am glad they are here to win the gold ball for 6A. Farragut don't want it they have showed that with several good teams these past year. If you read this you will see who I played for.

He is a Vol fan- so he can't get too cocky...

I wish Farragut was in this region that OR is in because they would win every year. Look what Farragut did do OR last year and they end up winning that side. Wouldn't get to cocky there blade not much of a region Hardin Valley, Karns. Then you only play Maryville oman you got some tuff games there. I see why your coach said if we lose to Farragut in the opener our season isn't over you should go 9-2 you know Maryville going to beat you.

hahahaha all vol, i do believe you should read up on the oak ridge farragut series, it is a TAD BIT one sided over the years my friend... farragut wins a few and they think they own the series now, funny stuff... it would take yall close to 30 years beating oak ridge every single season to even tie us lol... good try though.. and where are your state titles at? end of story

      If he wanted to play QB he should have either went to Heritage or William Blount and had a real good chance there. In stead he'll be exactly what he was going to be at Maryville. They already know who their QB is going to be in 2025 and it ain't going to be him.

      You are correct.   The teacher's pay scale is virtually the same in Knox County, now, as it is at Oak Ridge.   The coaching supplements are still higher at Oak Ridge, from what I was told, but not a huge difference.   Plus, Rusty is going from a position coach to an OC position, which is what he was at South Doyle and where his comfort zone is.  And from a special education teaching slot to a PE teaching slot.  There is a lot of positivity in that move without even considering the coaching aspect.   Anybody who sees something negative here is just looking for negativity to begin with.  But some live in that world.   Really good hire for Brent.  He now has two experienced and quality coordinators and can concentrate on being a head football coach.
