Whitehaven vs. Smyrna

Not here to start rumors but apparently his high school career may be over due to an injury. Really a shame I would love to see #45 and #5 out there for these last few games if they make it through. Smyrna can do it with out them, just going to be a lot harder.

Thanks dannyq. I thought it was the same place but my friend that was telling me about it never said Neely's.

Looking forward to the trip down on Friday. Its GREAT to still be watching high school football the day after Thanksgiving.

Neely's BBQ as seen on the TV show is different than Jim Neely's Interstate. Jim Neely is the uncle of the other Neely's that have the place in Nashville. Neither will disappoint you tho. Very nice to be playing after thanksgiving.

I'm not a Whitehaven fan, but I'm sick of Middle Tennessee and East Tennessee muckraking the football and the coaching in Memphis. When we have great teams, you speak of our talent, but when you have great teams, you speak of coaches. Whitehaven has a beastly defense that is well discpline and well coached. My football philosphy is that defense and special teams win championships and they are successful in both departments thus far. Trust me you shouldn't be thinking about Neely's barbecue, you need to pray that your team does not become chop barbecue! And that smart guy with the wise cracks about holding on to your possesions and watch your back, Just don't cross the railroad tracks. Wooo Ric Flair!!!

To all who wish to go to the game:

Smyrna QB Club is providing Greyline buses @$20 a piece which includes your ticket to the game.

QB club will be @ the football ticket booth Mon & Tues from 5pm to 6pm and Wed from 8am to 9am to reserve your seat and ticket. You must prepay so we can get an accurate count for buses. There is limited seats. Buses will pull out @ 12:15 on Friday. There will be a stop for an early dinner. Show your pride and support our Bulldogs.
