Single A State Poll 1/10/11

Lake Co beat Bradford by close to 40 points last night.Don't see Bradford getting beat like that too often.Lake Co won 4 games last week in 7 days ,all by close to 30 and 40 points and dropped a couple spots.I guess they'll drop in the polls again.Can't wait.

by the schedule here on coacht it appears your math is somewhat fuzzy, in the last 7 days lake co has won 2 games not 4 and one of those was a 2 point win aginst greenfield everyone knows lake co has a really really good team mrbigster so you dont have to try to pump them up witn inflated numbers

I meant to say last week when Lake Co was tied with Moore Co,they won 4 games in a 7 day period and dropped.

My post was not intended toward Wayne Co ,Moore Co.,Jackson Co or Forrest etc,..Same as yall..I know yall have a good team as well as the rest.My post is if the voters think we were the number 1 team at the time,win 4 ball games with no losses,how does a team drop.And that was before the slim margin against Greenfield.Basketball is funny.Greenfield gave Lake Co a tough game..Bradford played Greenfield a couple nights later and had a 1 point lead with around 2 minutes to play..give otr take..then lost by about 6 or 7..Then Lake Co won big against Bradford.If Wayne Co were ranked # 1 and kept winning,I'd imagimine you'd wonder how they dropped,especially if they won by over 30 points.Again.not saying Lake Co is the best team over Wayne Co.,Moore Co.,Jackson Co etc.Just can't seem how they dropped.It'll all play out in a few weeks anyway and Lake Co has a very good team but they still might not even make it there.I thought the team was better last year overall but we were sitting at home.

i know what you you are saying however this conversation is pointless because unlike college football the poll doesnt matter at all, this will all get settled on the court

You're right..I actually hope I get to see the matchup with any of those teams.That means we would have made it.

Lady Huskies of Northe Greene are good. They have the best kept secret in the state...Miss Britton. She can play. She is tough, quick and will light it up! Very good Freshmen that is really come into her own as well..Sometimes the Lady Huskies are a little short of strategy....You should see them in the 'Boro. Real shame, most likely will be against one of the W. TN teams...which I think this is too good a match up for round one.

Yes North Greene is a good ballclub, however, I wouldn't count out Cloudland or Hampton who are both currently tied with North Greene with one loss in the conference. It wouldn't surprise me if two of these three teams make it to the Boro. North Greene does not have an automatic to the State. One of these three teams will not make it out of the Regional. Good luck to all three teams and if any make the state, I know they would represent Region 1 well!
