Don't get mad just because I stated that Maryville isn't recognized by the Litkenhouse Ratings as being the State Champions of 1964.

I found verification of MHS's 1964 State Championship in print. Of course it's on a T-shirt, does that count?

I dont know how it went but I saw a few Greeneville fans eating after the game and they did not appear to be happy??

From the body language from the Greene fans this is about what I expected. Big jump TO 6A and half the team they had in 2010. For now they may have to settle for being the best in 4a. The 2010 team is the one that every Greeneville team will be compared to. Fair or unfairly. They showed up to beat Maryville. I give them credit for stepping up and taking them on.
