Columbia Academy at Wayne County

For a team that has a schedule ranking of 43rd, there sure is a lot of boasting on this board about how great Wayne County is this year. CA is better than Wayne County thinks. This will be a close game. CA is capable of winning...whether they do or not will soon be determined.

Well every team that WC has played other than Loretto has been ranked in the top 10 when they played WC. Moore Co. would be have a good year(and still will go at least 6-4) if their QB wouldn't have gotten hurt in the WC MC game...same goes for MtP, and Cascade has only lost to us and JB.....so what has CA done?! The best team CA has played was Ezell and look at who they beat...I mean really....really....

The thought has crossed my mind about coming to this game. S.P has about 5-6 starters out again and they are playing WhitVegas. Watching paint dry would be more exciting.

28 to 7 halftime WC is up.... WC come out flat and off to a slow start. WC not lookin like themselves which is what I was afraid would happen after the bye week!!!

WC wins 49-21 as CA scored 2 tds late against the JV. This game went just as I thought it would, the veer wins again.

Had to knock the rust off after the bye week but once they got rolling looked good!Boys played hard and not for a few missed tackles shut CA offense down. Dont let the score fool you WC dominated this game. GOOD job guys and keep it up

Wayne County outplayed and definitely outcoached CA tonight. Not sure WC is the number 1 team in state b/c CA certainly helped them with poor play (two blocked punts, three fumbles, and terrible play calling)... but WC is definitely a well coached good team. Congratulations on the well deserved win.

Nobody here thinks we're #1 in the state. Those rankings don't mean squat til the last play of the season. South Pitt is the #1 team til somebody proves otherwise. You halfway gave us credit so thanks for that but WC had something to do with those fumbles, blocked punts, and the reason coaches were calling bad plays (they couldn't find anything that worked). Bingham is a nice player. He just needs some help. Good luck rest of year but next week you'll find it equally tough.
