No Farragut, Mccalie on the night they played plus Mcminn did not play earlier in the year near as good as they are now. Then Ooltewah/ Bradley probably. Farragut was not very impressive but they were big. I think Mcminn doubled them up on yards.

So, it is safe to say OR had a tougher schedule? Is Mcminn Central 3a? or 4a?

 

 

3A COUNTY RIVAL THEY ARE HORRIBLE BUT IT WAS A LONG RIVALRY THAT JUST CAME BACK. USE TO 20-25 YEARS AGO THE BOYS FROM EACH OF THESE TEAMS WOULD THROW A FEW PUNCHES OUT IN TOWN BEFORE THIS GAME BUT NOW IT IS NOT A GOOD RIVALRY ANYMORE IN FOOTBALL, THE OTHER SPORTS IT IS. Yes this year you probably have the harder schedule.

Well, i thought we would have till chad just put that...Powell And Maryville both are undefeated and no. 1 in state and we have played farragut, Karns, and Hardin Valley are playoff teams too, along with Anderson county? Guess i dont know much, obviously

Yea especially after I looked and compared both schedules. Its way to late for me to have to do very much thinking!

Yes, playing Powell and Maryville really helps our schedule strength out, and some OR fans hate playing Maryville and would rather play DB...Myself, i like playing Maryville, win or lose it can only make us better. And Maryville and OR are much closer in proximity, and we should start calling it the battle of pellissippi parkway, cause Maryville is on one end, and OR on the other :thumb: Don't get me wrong i wouldn't mind playing DB either, it's a great traditional rival, but that drive is killer! I know ORidgekat don't like playing Maryville though,cause he says we are gonna play them in the playoffs, so why give our secrets away, right ORK? lol

Having made that drive after many OR / DB games, it is amazing how much shorter the drive home is if OR won.

      Yeah. AC brass walked in to the building at Clinton and suggested that the principal start changing grades.  Honesty, the notion that anybody at AC was involved is just idiocy.  The ones who are hurt most are the kids who weren't involved in the cheating, but still are being penalized by college admission decisions and scholarship consideration simply because they went to a school that was involved in such a scandal.

      I heard it was ugly.  Coach Harig and the Redskins demolished what is left of the Dragon Wagon.  At this point, it is not certain that Clinton will even be able to field a football team for 2024.  No way the coach keeps his job, transfers gone, nothing left.  Back to the stone ages for the Dragoons.

      Not even close, changing over 1000 grades?  Head coach changing grades to keep players on the field?  Not the same.  They will give Lieutenant Flip Flops the "Opportunity to resign"  right after graduation if not before.     Negative, the juvenile court judge blew the whistle.  Clinton admin, teachers and coaches started this fire.  Been going on for 4 years now according to Jones, one of the teachers that was fired.  This is truly pathetic.   The Dragon Wagon is #### up in the ditch down on highway 61 down there near The Spur.  Reap what you sew.
