We folks in other parts of the state are glad that ESPN2 is carrying this game. Hopefully these two quality programs can put on a good show of solid fundamentally sound high school football. Looking forward to it.

I am so excited about ESPN coming to showcase our boyz and our community. It is so nice for Alcoa to get some recognition. You know I have heard they play a little football over there too. However, it is sooooo exciting that we will be showcasing what public education is all about...High School Football baby!

 

Suzette is going to be doing part of the half-time show. I cannot wait!

 

I hope the red and black of the new field shows up well. I hope we can get a few national recruits to consider coming to MHS because of the exposure. Stars now has all of Walland and Townsend over to Happy Valley in his region, but this exposure may even open him up to Robbinsville, NC. However, boyz I have everything else. Ole' Ted will be proud of my recruiting strategy after this game.

 

Actually, I am thinking this game won't be played at all. It's gonna be too hot! Also, for whoever said I only want to play on Friday nights...what's the big deal with diversity? Why are you so Republican and traditional that you can't let high school football be played on another day other than Friday. Are you prejudice against the other days of the week? I bet you believe marriage should be between one woman and one man too!

 

Oh well, didn't mean to get too political here, it's just I don't like people who are so "narrow minded" to not consider a different day of the week to play football.

 

Sometimes I wonder if anyone on here gets my sarcasm other than Stars and the Gov Man!

Suz, I just got over a bad case of sarcasm and I don't want that again. Cost me 200$ in co-pays and 100$ in antibiotics.
