Actually, if I recall correctly, weren't PC's first 3 games null and void? WCP70, do you honestly believe that you got dropped because you won 2 years in a row? Seriously, be sensible.

 

Yes, that is what I believe and what I know is the truth. Your coach even said so. You dropped us and Collinwood because we're both 1A schools and we both beat you two years in a row. That's embarrassing for a 3A school no matter how you try to justify it. You pick up PC and East Hickman and expect easy wins and only get one. It doesn't matter if PC's first wins were negated, they still count as losses for the other team. Do you honestly think you would have beat PC even if they didn't have those two players?

 

And the gate at WC/LC games was always good and we even had a good rivalry going. What a shame.

Well if its all about the gate you better be glad no one listens to your garbage, cause if we did we definitely wouldn't drive all the way to Lewis County to watch a bunch of horses run over the Vikings. Edited by theGURU

Actually East has been in the district since they got started. We picked up Creekwood. And, it was 3 STARTING LINEMAN. So yes, I'd say that made a considerable difference. I would assume the TSSAA agreed or they wouldn't have even bothered with it.

And now that you mention it, I don't believe I've said one single time that we'd kick your tail. I haven't said once how we would dominate you this year. Don't put words in my mouth. I just thought I'd see if there was any trash to be "talked" but noticed there wasn't even a PC board, which seemed out of character for the PC big blows we saw last year. I started one, and didn't even do so in a mean spirited way. You guys just need to chill.

2 starting lineman, and we would have won all 3 of those games either way.

Actually we didn't pick up East Hickman. They're in our district so we have to play them. Just saying.

Im glad this couple of LC fans are pumped up about the game this year. However, I believe that PC plays Forrest to open up the season so all your talk is kinda senseless for now, cause I'm betting that PC is only worried about Forrest right now.....one game at a time

 

please explain how his "talk" is senseless...i'm going to make an assumption that he is not a player so his talk is nothing but talk. him being pumped up for a game has no impact what so ever on the players, and their mindset. He can be excited about whatever game he wants, and so can you. But, your mindset on the forest game, has no impact on their game. (again, making the assumption you are also not a player)

      We could sure use some math teachers country wide. Ever go into a store or restaurant and the bill comes to $9.97 and you give them a ten dollar bill and 2 pennies because you wanted a nickle back and then the meltdown starts and the next thing two more people have to come and help figure it out and the place comes to a complete halt. I see this everyday and it's a sad representation of all these schools allowing these kids out the door to get shortchanged the rest of their life.

      I think it was expected. “Bad” luck I guess to get a couple difference maker QBs in the same class. I thought the decision was made a little early myself, but they were struggling offensively last year.  I assume the running quarterback alco had last year would be a senior this fall, and the transfer would start the following two years in addition to getting a ton of playing time this year. Maybe he waits two yrs, but I doubt it. The kid is good. So is the one who stayed.

      I'm from Cloudland and we've never played a sectional game.  We need to win tomorrow night to avoid that bus ride.  Us and north greene can play with you guys so I'm expecting good games whoever the matchup is.
