looks like Grundy has got the Offense going tonight. This score confuses even more about the Grace game. Grundy takes playing to the level of your competition to a new level. Big loss to 1 win Grace and then makes it a game with CC.

Well there is the mercy rule... Didn't think we were going to see that tonight.

 

Game over. Now thier coach can say whatever he likes but who is going to listen?

Second half sounds the same story from the rest of the year. Mountain boys show up and play hard 1st half then Madden fails again to adjust for the second half. Wonder if coach still thinks CC is the 4th best team they have played this year? When was the last time Grundy gave up 69? 131 in two weeks?

Cubs rushed for over 580 yards and 9 td's. If they were the 4th best opponent I would hate to see how the top 3 looked. Huge rematch coming next week with Fairview in Ashland City. Go Cubs!

I'm glad grundy took the air route... Put the cub secondary on their toes and possibly helped prepare them for fairview. In this thread I heard a lot of badmouthing their coach but it seemed that grundy was coached well enough. This game tonight was the first game in five or six weeks that went into (upto) the fourth quarter for the cubs. They needed a bit of a scare to hone their competitiveness. I expect next weeks game to be much more high scoring than the first meeting.
