He didnt pad the schedule because he already knew he was leaving. What better way to make himself look good then to schedule tougher games than he ever has.

That was my thinking. Beech was looking for a Wilco school to schedule and Dyson bit while knowing the effects of the split with Summit would hit full force next year. Why do that when you know you lose 23 seniors and maybe the only junior DB's who could catch Hurd? Because you won't be around to witness the carnage. Marshall County won't necessarily be an easy out either.

Thought the same as Dyson gives Indy a nice parting gift!

What better way then putting some tough games on the docket to make him look good!

With young team why go after the tough games with TSSAA playoff format?

Ravenwood has right idea with Stewart's Creek and Lavergne ..

You are right MC is not a guarantee W with a young team , neither is Kenwoood

He will likely hire someone with NFL experience and no coaching experience. I think they should start from the top. Find the GM at the nearby Wal Mart to head up County Schools. Hire any female with an EDS to be principal, then go to the starters of the titans and say, "okay who has a degree.". then make your decision from those three to be the next HC.

Using that model will directly reflect the typical coaching search. this way all can see the logic of NFL playing experience= Best Coach

It is in northwest Rutherford County. The zone is mostly west of I-24 all the way to the Williamson County line. The north of the zone borders Davidson County and the south border is beyond I-840. The zone is huge and so is the school. It should be a powerhouse in everything in a few years (after the exemptions to stay back at previous school run out for juniors/seniors in sports, band, etc. who decide to take the option)

    • Wow I haven't been keeping up with softball had no idea.Been keeping up with baseball and we are slowly fading there.I will check it out!!Thx
    • It is what it is. Sorry DFL.
    • One of the biggest loosing teams in Mid-State are the Macon County Tigerettes. I have noticed that the roster is smaller than in the years past. All the senior's have quit. We have a great group of Jr High players coming up. I sure hope they don't loose them, like they have lost so many others this year. With this young group of girls coming up, a weaker district, they should have no problem going to State.
    • It was updated this season, because I did it.  Linder is the school's all-time leading rusher at 5,156 yards with 2,436 of those coming in 2014.
    • Oh, I’m sure you did. Maybe you heard just a rumor, but considering we have a football practice field and a soccer field that’s frequently used for lacrosse games and practices, I highly doubt it. Let me change that. I know for a fact that didn’t happen.   Glad you finally stopped attacking a bunch of high school students, but still obsessed with the coaching staff for some unknown reason, even though you could name more than three (at most) coaches without looking it up. But now come up with something else.
