I was just about to post that even though he put up some great stats, he could still never quite cut loose against us. Plus, we had an effective, methodical offense that did a great job of shortening the game and answering the bell when it needed to.

 

That's the type of effort Columbia would need against Beech. The thing is, like you said, I'm not sure these two teams are nearly as evenly matched, but we shall see.

 

I'm looking forward to watching this game tonight.

"If we were a 6A team right now, I don't think we'd be doing nearly as well." You're own coach agrees that Beech would not do well against those teams.

That's "coach speak", Beech beat Mt Juliet (the 3rd best 6A team IMO) by the same margin as Whitehaven who is playing for the gold ball tomorrow. Beech can play with any of them, may not win them all, but can for sure play with them.
