Grundy may have talent some years to compete with some valley teams, but that's it. Grundy is never going to be relevant in 3A for football for reasons Purplegrad listed. It's not going to happen.

If only I was the next head coach. My first action would be getting all fans such as yourself, that are detrimental to the program banned for life from attending all home games.

Any person who gets on a message board and displays two different personalities is the joke. I dont see what you find funny or cute about talking as if you come from 3 generations of inbreeding. Maybe GC does make the playoffs, they are currently in according to the TSAAA. If that happens, it could just be that Bryant pulls a Kiffin and talks a good enough game to keep his job. Talk is cheap though, and all the promises in the world doesnt change the fact that Bryants tenure as coach has been a failure.

I think Dillard is funny when I can understand what he is saying.

Does it really surprise you that more people are upsets over what has happened these past five years?

Besides I'm clueless and pathetic, so I probably couldn't come up with the idea to be on here with multiple names...

Also, how many elections have taken place in the time? Someone in an elected office has the power to change things but people would rather get on message boards to complain. smh

I have already told you grad why nothing has been done no one wants to rock the boat! Losing here is beginning to be a way of life. But as long as we're having fun that is the main concern.

Politics...Politics....POLITICS......He got the job through politics and has keep the job through politics.

 

It's not that I am all that sensitive, it's just I felt that I argued your points well and then you never commented. So maybe you did hurt my feelings.

 

Some board members have changed and that should be why we are hearing more things about a possible change.

      I remember very well watching things change in the late 80's and yes it's all schools. Most people that are in charge today have any idea because they were raised and taught under this social experiment so they don't have a clue. Anyone that does see the truth for what it is usually try and hide it by blending in so that the School Gestapo doesn't round them up and take them to the Fuhrer ( kindly putting it ). Yes it is all schools not just Maryville. This train ride is not headed in a good direction and if the public had seen a movie of what's happening now back in 1980 everyone would have been headed home afterwards to change underware.

      You are so correct!  It’s really 99.9% of academia want to change to way that education is not only taught but the way it is viewed.  The pendulum has definitely swung as far to the left as possible and eventually will swing to the right much too far.  I have always  said that politics and one’s personal religious views need to stay out of education,  but for the last 40 years education has been running full throttle to what we have today.  If the social experiment that we are currently experiencing continues it is only a matter of time before the public school system in the USA completely collapses and all kids attend private schools or even worse don’t go to school.

      I am talking about what they both did for their team. They both carried their team for four years while they were both there. I wasn’t really comparing them that would be unfair. Bishop is on a level of his own.
