Dobyns Bennett vs. Ooltewah

The penalties were the worst part for myself two weeks ago.Turnovers will get you beat,but many times the other team makes a play that leads to those turnovers.You still have to try and limit them but it doesn't aggravate me near as much as someone getting a useless penalty behind the play when you have initial success.I've not seen the Owls,but from everything I'm reading and have heard,this will be a hard fought game and a very tough one for either  team to win friday night. Roll Tribe !!

We welcome Dobbyns Bennett to the Owls nest.....you are in a tough district as are the Owls......you gave another member of the 5aaa district a run for their money.....but they got the win due to turnovers from what I hear....the Owls are young on defense.......but have managed to hold their own.....and despite some mental mistakes......the offense can put up points on a good day......we take no team lightly.....safe travels.....GO OWLS!!!!

Another tough matchup for the Indians. Not enough speed and we might be without a starter or two. Sensabaugh back on defense will help against a bigger team. Owls RB is hard to bring down. Our young team has heart and sometimes that's enough. I think this game is decided late if we don't have turnovers or stupid penalties. Anybody from Ooltewah have any travel tips? Places to eat or don't eat? ROLL TRIBE

DBFAN91,   Ooltewah's best local places to eat are Couches BBQ, Country Side Cafe, Southern Burger or Lupi's PIzza.     I would recommend these places any day.   If a hotel is needed, there are two brand new hotels just across I-75 from the school.  I'm thinking they are Holiday Inn Express and Hampton Inn.

One thing about it you can't miss the school, it's almost right on I-75. Oak Ridge has been there a time or two. Nice facilities, pretty good concessions if you miss the other eateries.
