Intense
ECS is the top ranked team in Division 2 A and the 4th ranked team overall in Division 2. TCA is the 3rd ranked team in Division One 2A. Both teams run the spread offense and are very talented at the skill positions. So far only one common opponent, USJ. TCA beat USJ, 35-0. ECS beat USJ 35-10. Should be game of the year for both teams. Game does not have any bearing on their district seedings but will be great test for both teams. Good luck to both teams and may it be an injury free game! Edited October 19, 2013 by TCAIntense

They are physical similar to Adamsville except maybe more so. This will definitely be a great game!!!

Both teams are very disciplined and skilled. I think TCA is more skilled on Offense but ECS is more skilled on Defense. TCA's Coach Butler is a former assistant for ECS. This will be a fun game to watch. I expect a lot of points to be scored!
Believe58
TCAIntense you also forgot another common opponent. Trinity beat St. George 41-38 in OT. ECS beat St. George 34-14.

You are correct! I did forget. It appears we handled USJ a whole lot easier than ECS did( we could have won 50-0) and ECS handled St. George's a whole lot easier than we did so I would project this is even going into the game. ReitzFan
There will be alot of big games this coming weekend in West Tennessee. However, TCA at ECS will be THE GAME. Two common opponants for both teams in this game and you can make arguments for either side based on previous games outcomes. Skill players galore on both teams. I do wish that the TSSAA would assign officials not associated with either the Memphis or Jackson associations. Unfortunately, that won't happen. Radio coverage of this game will be provided by WDVW 105.3fm and you can also listen in online at http://www.gracebroadcasting.com . This game is going to be fun. My prediction............You don't ask the Lions to come to your homecoming dance.

ReitzFan
Why not??? Seems like it wouldn't be that difficult to get officials from the Northwest Region. The TSSAA won't assign officials from outside the Memphis association because that would be saying their officials are not that good, which they aren't. I am definately not a fan of officials from the Northwest association either. Would like to see some Nashville officails assigned. But like I said, that is not going to happen. Believe58
Two very good teams, and this game will be a shootout. I am pulling for Trinity, but I don't believe they will get it done. Expect the refs to give ECS a call or two. ECS 41 Trinity 35.
