Young is just a bit on the short side...most d1 schools are looking for taller kid's at dt. The Rollins kid from Greenville had the same problem and he was freakin Mr Football. Alcoa may not have superstar players but they play like a superstar TEAM.

I'm trying to find some kind of reason for all the Alcoa chest-thumping, but I can't find one, not one Aloca player being recruited by any college from the 2014-2017 classes on either rivals or "247sports.com".  If I've missed it, please point me that way.

 

You would think if you had the power to beat Scott Co., that you would have at least ONE player being recruited by some college some where.
