Are you really really that dumb? You haunted Alcoa threads WAY back at the start of the season. We decided if upperman got the win over ND, It would be ON like donkey kong! With the game now staring you in the face, you back peddle and even try to lie about being from Riverdale. You made this bed yapperman! It is all on YOU!

so you really sticking to the statement I was trolling Alcoa threads talking smack since the first game of the season? Wow, you boys a grasping at some straws.

Congrats to both teams for making it to the semi's.....nice article in the Blount Press Row about York, he and his team have accomplished a lot this year, 13-0 is a lot to be proud of....Alcoa has a lot to be proud of, as usual, they are a juggernaut and it seems the 3A title will always run through Alcoa. Upperman will have to play the games of their lives Friday night to stay in this one, but that is why you play the game....Good luck to both teams on a hard fought and injury free game.

+1 cause most think on this thread the Alcoa freshman team could win the game by themselves. Glad some folks still have their head on straight.

I agree only Glover was bold enough to say UH would be a middle of the road team like always. But remember this: Posted 22 May 2013 - 9:20PM. "I hearby declare the U the scrimmage team of the spring...congratulations".

Dude...I've been naming a scrimmage team of the spring & fall since the spring of 2002. LA was the inaugural winner. ..lol.

    • We could sure use some math teachers country wide. Ever go into a store or restaurant and the bill comes to $9.97 and you give them a ten dollar bill and 2 pennies because you wanted a nickle back and then the meltdown starts and the next thing two more people have to come and help figure it out and the place comes to a complete halt. I see this everyday and it's a sad representation of all these schools allowing these kids out the door to get shortchanged the rest of their life.
    • I like the Pirates chances. I’ll be there as soon as work allows.
    • Stars, I heard we were searching far and wide for some math teachers. Any chance their kids bench press or 40 times are getting checked? LOL I’ve heard good things from 825.
    • I think it was expected. “Bad” luck I guess to get a couple difference maker QBs in the same class. I thought the decision was made a little early myself, but they were struggling offensively last year.  I assume the running quarterback alco had last year would be a senior this fall, and the transfer would start the following two years in addition to getting a ton of playing time this year. Maybe he waits two yrs, but I doubt it. The kid is good. So is the one who stayed.
    • I'm from Cloudland and we've never played a sectional game.  We need to win tomorrow night to avoid that bus ride.  Us and north greene can play with you guys so I'm expecting good games whoever the matchup is.
