I am pretty sure I am correct about this but Lewis County has one of the smallest enrollment in 3A ball. Bobby Sharp is by far in the top 3 coaches in Tennessee History. Right there with Rankin.

Hickman, Camden,East Hickman  and Waverly are all smaller as are  21 others..including Alcoa http://blogs.tennessean.com/high-school-sports/2012/10/03/tssaa-enrollment-figures-for-2013-17-reclassification/

Yep. Not sure if this is good or bad but I guarantee LC would LOVE to spoil the festivities. This is a pretty bitter rivalry but anyone that knows much about high school football has to respect Coach Sharp and his soldiers. Year after year they bring what they got and win more games than they lose. Like them or not you have to respect them.

That is the only nice thing I'm going to say about them for the rest of the week. :)

lol I think it will be a good game my friend

Good Game last night Hickman Bulldogs Cudo's , AS far as Waverly goes just a small stat for you yes you guys are 5-0 but have not faced anyone yet the teams you have beaten are a combined total as of last night 6-21 This years LC team is not the same team from a year ago by any means but they will hit you in the Mouth! As far as the Hickman game Cudos to you guys but I still say your boy touch the boy before ten Yards on the onside but neither hear nor there! WIn some you lose some but Waverly better get ready cause your about to get hit in the mouth for a couple weeks in a row! Then we shall Talk .

Our "reality check" was supposed to come in Dover ( W by double digits), then Creek Wood was supposed to do it (another W by double digits), then that fierce defense @ Cunningham was going to for sure do it. But we scored 34 on them and shut em out. Your correct. Maybe we haven't played anybody, but I got a feeling it's really not gonna matter. Our boys are well coached and most important of all well CONDITIONED. We shall see though

Ok BDF24 I just looked at your schedule to defend you all on another post and I know I said it the other day that you can not compare other games, but I can not help myself..... You have 1 quality win and that was Wayne County. We knocked Wayne County off in the spring big time and tied them in pre-season.... I know, I know we don't have any quality wins, but you beat Montgomery Central by 1. We beat them by 34.... I know I am unrealistic sometimes but c'mon man..... But I do see Hickman County as a competitive opponent because no matter the count they are still W. #GoDistrict11! #BWTP

    • 20 but had 5-6 not dressed every game. It went down towards the end due to injuries and obviously only 15 got to dress for the state tournament. Then, they only lost 2 from this year and gain 8 from the middle school for next year
    • As somebody mentioned before, this is going to result in a massive lawsuit, can you imagine professional "educators" actually having the conversation about getting "the bad kids" out of the high school?  And the head coach asking directly to change grades, gets turned down, comes back again and gets it approved?  This is unbelievable.  In addition to the lawsuit, the state Department of Education is going to come down extremely hard on this.  WYSH is on the war path.  There could be dozens more lose their jobs by the time this is over.  And yeah the real shame is the kids being affected that literally had nothing to do with this and actually worked hard to earn their grades.
    • I've heard Powell from someone who talked to him. I saw the kid two days ago and I should of pulled over and talked with him and wished him well where ever he goes. It will be a ale of a loss for us because I don't believe we have anyone in the stable good as him from what I seen in the spring.
    • I would have to think that the firing of the 2 teachers is just the beginning of future moves.  If not, it is woefully short.  If the AC school board thinks that the damage is just limited to Clinton, they are sadly mistaken.  Any outsider would view the whole school system as suspect, and rightly so.
    • Yeah. AC brass walked in to the building at Clinton and suggested that the principal start changing grades.  Honesty, the notion that anybody at AC was involved is just idiocy.  The ones who are hurt most are the kids who weren't involved in the cheating, but still are being penalized by college admission decisions and scholarship consideration simply because they went to a school that was involved in such a scandal.
