Macon County will have a true measuring stick in this Westmorland game. Should be a great game on the ridge.

This will be a good game. Won't be any surprises this game about the QB for MC.

Awesome! His height held him back so much recruiting wise. He is truly the most explosive player I can remember coming through this school.

WHo does everyone think will be district mvp? Carlise for MC had 4 td's three rushing. Linder had 19 carries for 250 yards and 2 td's. Not suree on Jennings stats.

Not sure on his stats. I just know he had two rushing td's and two passing td's.

Hearld-Citizen: LA (1-0) racked up 442 yards of total offense, with 363 on the ground. Linder had 19 carries for 250 yards and two touchdowns. Qualls had 101 yards on six carries and two scores. Hollars had two catches for 41 yards, leading the receivers. Stone did get one late score against Livingston’s second unit. Running Back Dylan Greenwood capped the Panther possession with a two-yard run, and Colton Akins’ extra point provided the final margin.

Worrying about individual awards tends to lead to padding of stats by some coaches & teams. We all know who. SC has never done that. That might be why they have been pretty successful.
