Wall is for sure an athlete and will agree that he throws the ball better but York was more shifty and faster. Alcoa's team could have made a lot of QB's look really good. To say York could only play for Alcoa's JV team is just really dumb.

York would have been 3rd string qb at best behind #1 and #18. He might have gotten in at times at the receiver position...

with so much talent a all state player would have been third team if playing for you guys, figured you would have at least scored 1 offensive point on Maryville.

You said it, not me! I know I called the outcome of the Beez vs Alcoa game before it happened and pretty much nailed it, which is more than I can say for you....he would not have replaced anyone, AS A STARTER, on Alcoa's d-line, too slow.

DL - Patrick Ely (Upperman)DL - Braylon Young (Alcoa)DL - Zac Wright (Alcoa)DL - Jonathan Decker (Alcoa)....this would have been the defensive line that would have started.

And you, as well as, several figured wrong. Including most, not all, of Maryville. Maryville was the better team, and had a game plan while Alcoa obviously didn't.
