8AA 2014 Predictions

Just like us to schedule all these crap teams at the beginning of the year so we don't look to awful. We have to get that Win column buzzing right? I'd much rather schedule teams that prepare us for our district games not some homeschool team from Chattanooga. I hope we don't get to slaughtered in the district. This scheduleing makes my blood boil. Feel like our players deserve more than this, just saying.

I was in Warren County last night, eating at Medley's in Morrison. There were a few older gentlemen there talking ball, and in particular this game. They didn't have any love for little ole DC, but that's understandable. Check WC's record vs. DC over the last 10 years, it's not very good (4-18). Anyways they all believe they will run our boys off the court, and they might very well do it. It doesn't bode well for us having two starters out, and it wouldn't shock me to lose by double figures.

I am not sure DCTiger- Coach Martin can coach them up. I did see Warren County play last week and they have a huge kid in the middle- I think he is a sophomore. 

Run and Gun them and he will need a breather to try to stay in that game.

What was the final score? It's not showing on the scoreboard yet. From your post I cant tell if we won, or lost a close game. The getting "run off the floor" comment wasn't my words to be clear, just repeating the words and thoughts of some WC faithful. I guess when I'm being sarcastic like I was in my last sentence and a half in my previous post I should use a blue font or something.

Hmm....well make that 4-19 vs. DC by WC over the past 10 and 1/2 years. Good win.

No, sorry... I know Beck and Harpole had great games. Bone got into foul trouble early. I would guess Beck had 20+ points,.... Harpole wasn't far behind.

We won 77-72 in overtime. The whole third quarter it was a double digit lead for DC though.

Sounds like DC got cold, and WC got hot at the right time.
