Lay off. I am actually predicting a Bearden win in 4. Their setter may be the best to ever play in Knoxville. She just hasn't had any of her team step up and help. If they will show up and play she will do the rest. I think the rematch is good for volleyball. I quarantee Farragut wishes they had a setter of her caliber.

I am still interested in PhillyAI take on the match.

LOL. Love it HardAngle.

Yes, BHS is made up almost evenly of both club and non club players who worked hard as a team to improve over the season. Our libero/ future collegiate soccer player was amazing last night. Best she has played. Good old high school competition helped motivate them.  Either way the next few games turn out, BHS is over the moon on how they have progressed this season and will be happy with the outcome knowing they ended the season much better than it began.

I agree. The setter is great, she just needs the continued good passes to make the sets. Hopefully they keep up the passing game. FHS will want revenge though and will come in confident, they always do. Unfortunately BHS's home advantage with the hot gym won't deter FHS since they play in the same conditions. LOL

    • Yes this process is moving slower than I would have expected
    • also was told coady auston applied, he served as defensive coordinator for greenfield under don pitt several years ago before going to Obion county
    • TSSAA restrictions for hiring non-faculty coaches have been removed for over a year at this point. In the past a non-faculty person had to be "grandfathered" by being an assistant coach for five years, being fingerprinted, and having a background check run per TSSAA rules... since those were rescinded, the board of directors for the school district are responsible for any/all restrictions on hiring non-faculty personnel. I guess what I'm saying to you is that if you really wanted what you posted, it's already possible as long as your local BOE will allow for it.
    • stop it, rlh. you’re gonna get me all misty eyed and sentimental.    i see seven fairly regularly. ….but slim shady, that’s like spotting bigfoot on main street. you just hope he doesn’t spot you.
