Maybe you're more not knowledgable on the subject but things seem to be going pretty well for the jr high. I just looked at this season and last as rebuilding. I'm pretty shocked he left to be honest.

I don't think the jr high lost any games this season. Probably won't next year. Their 6th-7th grade bunch are very good.

Macon Count coach resigns just two years after going to sstate finals 2 out of three seasons

May not be the reason but welcome to 8AA, a coach is crazy to want to coach in this district! Alot of ups & downs & never a night off.

I'm not real up to date on 8AA. Are UH and LA in consolation game and if so is that a bit of a surprise? How does everyone think the Chattanooga teams will fare vs. them? Thanks.

Yes they were both upset by one point in the semis (no one really thought they were upsets though. These teams have beat up on each other all season.)

 

Chattanooga teams are gonna have a tough time imo.

Herald citizen said "The play couldn't have drawn up any better...." Speaking of McWilliams' plan to hold the ball for a minute and the last shot while loosing by one to Central. Lol, I think it could have been drawn a little bit better. How bout trying to get an open shot with enough time left to foul if you miss. Then you have two chances to tie or win. Tired of HC being on the UHS bandwagon!
