The idea is to keep the 1000-1200 student type schools from playing 2000 or larger. I would have brought the cutoff to largest 48 if they still wanted such a system. 8 regions of six each and four make the playoffs, not everyone.

This is about Alcoee going to 2A!!

I agree with Ascendotuum for the most part... I could still see a TN River District: Waverly Mckenzie Scott's Hill Riverside Lewis Hickman... Keep 3 in East TN vs. 4 as you stated... Waverly to Cascade is a long hike... Every bit of 2 hours 30 minutes.
