Science Hill versus Maryville

For those of you listening from radio land....Maryville defensive plan was to rush 4 all night. They stood up the o-line and contained #11 to the pocket most of the night. They did not pressure...allowed him to throw. Most sacks were actually coverage sacks. I don't recall any blitzes. #11'was obviously a great athlete. Rebels gameplan was to make him throw. Great gameplan coach Gaylor!

Was a great game tonight for the Rebels. Did a great job on preparing for a good football team. Science Hill had some big boys up front and the qb was quick as a cat. Things just fell in place for us tonight and now have to focus on the next game.

Hats off to the defense for keeping Science Hill from scoring tonight. I did expect them to put 21 to 28 points on us after watching some of the game film on them.
