Looks like Mr Football George Quarles has been out coached so far in the second half. Might just be that the 2 string QB for Oakland has settled and playing Oakland football!!!! Not bad for a team missing their leading tackler and starting QB and their kicker with a broken foot.

He said "so far". When he said that Oakland had scored 14 unanswered points in the 2nd half to pull within 7 points. He mean't Oakland had made better adjustments going into the 2nd half.

When you get down to the final four it's like a high stakes poker game and what cards your hiding. I know Maryville had some bad practices  but also had a key defensive lineman out sick all week and no one knew if he would even play which he did but I'm sure he couldn't have been 100%. With that in mind and seeing all those crazy predictions and watching some of their game film that this was going to come down to flat out coaching. GQ done another great job again in exposing their weaknesses and I'm sure glad they were able to jump on them fast and before halftime before they could adjust. I was so glad to see that touchdown right before the half which really might have saved us in the long run. Oakland has a big physical team and some great athletes and everything they were billed up to be. Couldn't of asked for a better game than this one and so glad we're playing another week.

Great game by Maryville. Defense was great again. Offense did great also. Maryville earned those yards and points last night. Oakland had a great defense.

I was nervous all the way thru the middle of the 4th qrt.

Can't wait Ole Buddy. Kinda sad that that will be the last game. Try to get out to practice this week.
