Well dog, if you have cpa @2 then Giles County should be top 5 at least to me.  Haven't seen any other teams play so I am just going by your list.  GC is a very talented, still young team but could make some noise if the pieces fall together. GO CATS!!!

Are there not any AA teams in West Tn?

Top teams out here would be Jackson SS despite their loss to Lexington, Haywood Co., Westview, Dyersburg... None of them have records that will blow you away, but 2 of those 4 will be in Murfreesboro.

AA is down in West TN this year compared to recent years. I would say Westview and South Side are 2 decent teams. Westview is very young and with their Boro experience could be a dangerous team by seasons end, but I still think they are 1-2 years away.

Haywood is pretty good too. They are just inconsistent. They have one of the best freshmen in west TN I any classification.

Should be one heck of a Region tournament, and as I've said before, ANY team could end up winning the 13AA tournament.

 

If Myah Taylor brings it against Crockett and Obion this week like she did against Liberty last night (44 points, school record 9 three-pointers), the stage should be set for a huge Part II showdown between Dyersburg and Westview next week.

Myah Taylor should win Ms. Basketball. No other player in the state is carrying her team like she is. She's got to be averaging 27 or 28 a game after last nights performance.

Hackett from smith co carries her team also. Not sure of average but its in the 20 s also.

She has best scoring avg. in middle tn. She laid 40 something points on Upperman in her teams loss 9 Jan.
