2015 A-AA rankings?

I wouldn't know where to begin with rankings, but we will finally get to see how Notre Dame looks when they take the field this week in 3 pre-season games (East Ridge, CSAS, and East Hamilton).

ND lost 6 starters from last year, but picked up some good freshmen, including 3 or 4 that play club ball.  They also have a senior back that had to sit out last year due to back problems.  If he is healthy, he will be a big help with the offense, which had a real problem scoring last year.  All together they have about 10 kids that were playing club ball last fall, none of which are seniors.  So, too soon to tell if it will come together for them this season, but I would expect them to be very good in 2016.

Looking forward to playing you all next week!

Let's hope for some good weather!

From the West: both Madison and Northside lost some key guys, but have a lot coming back as well. Madison also lost their keeper (family moved)

Northside brings back a keeper that was a freshman, they also had a freshman forward.

Not sure who Lexington has besides the junior that made the all west team last season.

Don't know anything about South Fulton.

Dyersburg lost a few guys including 2 that were named to all-state, but they always have a great team. They, like Northside, have a really good and young keeper returning, he will also be a sophomore.

Crockett lost some guys including their keeper. They have a forward returning from last year who had 19 goals.

Westview returns a keeper. some defenders, and a striker who was injured at the end of the season. They lost a lot at midfield.

South Gibson returns 9 starters, and all but 2 from last season (along with 6 new players). We have all our offensive players back, and everyone but the center back and all-state keeper. We have 7 seniors.

Don't know anything about Obion, Chester Co, the other Jackson schools, or the Memphis schools.

The west will be dominated by teams out of Memphis like Kingsbury and Sheffield.  None of the rural west tennesse teams will stand a chance except for maybe the Hornets.  Even still, all will be dominated by East TN teams at state.

Hey NotNoahHouck, you have any info on Jackson Christian? My son plays them this year and dont really know anything about them. Thanks for anything.

They will not be good! West TN soccer outside of Memphis is not very good.  All teams are fairly evenly matched but will get killed in substate.

ND will be fine.  Will make the state but will have the best chance to win it in 2016

Kingsbury is in AAA now so I don't keep up with them. Last year the two District 16 teams were Sheffield and Raleigh Egypt. RE lost at Jackosn-Northside 6-1 or 5-1 if I remember. Madison beat Sheffield 3-2 in Memphis. Madison then went on to beat Greeneville 1-0 in the quarterfinals and they fell to the eventual state champions, CPA, 2-1. Northside returns 20 players from that team, and Madison brings back a strong nucleus and midfield. Last years West Tennessee sub-state games were Northside at Lexington and Crockett Co. at Madison.

This year it's CPA and everybody else. 8 (maybe more) returning starters and the best coach in the state coming in (BigG's record speaks for itself) I honestly don't think there's an A/AA team that will stay within a goal of CPA this year. Everyone else is playing for silver

While I appreciate the vote of confidence, any team can be beaten on any day.  The minute we think the trophy is in the bag is the minute we don't get the trophy.

CAK will be strong and are chomping for a re-match.  Greeneville should be the best team from far East TN.  Catholic could be interesting.  They have one of the best center mids (in my opinion) and a talented young squad.  I think this is their last year in A/AA (I believe next year they will go back to the "district of death" with Farragut).

I am looking forward to playing Notre Dame on Thursday.  I heard they are young but talented.  Signal Mountain should be decent as well.   Coniglio, any news on CCS?

If we can just get some decent weather.  I believe I have been outdoors 5 times in the past 5 weeks.

White House Heritage will be very strong this year.  They lost four important seniors last year but should have plenty of offensive firepower back.  I just want to get CPA away from their itty bitty home (football) field.  Its a joke how small the field is.  You would figure that they have enough money to bult a proper soccer pitch, but then again a small field works to their advantage.  Go Patriots!

Do you know anything about White House?
