So what's the deal? Some of y'all acted like the coach was already picked out before Ridge even stepped down and now y'all are changing your tune. So what happened? Did the guy they were after back out and this official search is the back-up plan? Or were those of you who said the coach was already picked out just toying with us the whole time?

Exactly my thoughts, but unfortunately, I don't make the final decision....if I did, the job would have never been posted to begin with.
