STARSNBARS
It might be a "little different" but that is still very weird. Quit being a helicopter parent. That has to be embarrassing to the players who's mom goes to watch EVERY SINGLE PRATICE....especially when they were freshman and sophmores. strongx
It might be a "little different" but that is still very weird. Quit being a helicopter parent. That has to be embarrassing to the players who's mom goes to watch EVERY SINGLE PRATICE....especially when they were freshman and sophmores. I had to be there a lot when my kid was a freshman and soph. He wasn't driving yet, and I didn't want him hitchhiking across the county line. RW87 and myself haven't been the only helicopter parents. On nice days, there are commonly 15-20 fans in the stands - some of which have sons who have already graduated. A funny story I once heard about the head ball coach calling over his 6th string quarterback during a drill to do a little coaching. As coach put his arm around the young player, one of the parents (mom I assume) came running down the bleachers to get a picture of her son being coached up by the head man...So you never know what you may miss if you are not at practice. Things must be different at Battle Ground Academy. There's usually 30-40 parents at 825 every single day. If it's 105 or 18 degrees. It's a family thing. Obviously you wouldn't understand. WaCoJaCo
Careful now or you will ruffle some DB Indian feathers... DB is the state's winningest program and they have just as many state titles as Maryville. Let me guess, you actually started this thread to try to stir the pot between DB and Maryville fans. No body's biting so your left holding the spoon.
