PLAYOFFS QUESTION

Rounds 3 and 4 do not take into consideration seedings. In odd years the top hal of the bracket host. In even bottom brackets host. If 2 teams from same region meet in round 3 then the seedings would matter and highest seed would host. Otherwise top and bottom depending on year.

In 2A Region 7, King Prep is 0-2, 0-7 and in 2A Region 8, Oakhaven is 0-2, 0-7.  I don't believe either team will win a regular season game and yet BOTH of these schools are already in the playoffs.  Just glad our region does not have to play any of these no traveling teams in the first three rounds.  Trezvent will sleep walk to the semi finals and won't have to leave Shelby County until the semi finals.

possibility of 2 teams from memphis with no wins making playoffs - right now there's one in region 7 and region 8 with no wins - they are both in a 5 team region and i believe there's one team in each region on probation that aren't eligible for the playoffs.

Hillcrest and Mitchell, both in different regions,  are not eligible for the playoffs this season due to a brawl between the two teams  last year.

yep,  will they be eligible next year?  i think the TSSAA reduced their probation from 3 years down to 2?
