Yes, that is the freshman team in orange. You can see that the white jerseys start with Boling #1 and Myrick #2. Those guys are both seniors.

Freshman team numbers are up and down, thats just the way it is for most schools. We had a big class last year and will have a big one next year.

In 1976 Townsend High had 15 players on their last team before they consolidated in the new Heritage High School the following year and went 3-7.

Those people at work might've been right talking about the Govs but it also might be a long season for Seymour too so you never know with scrimmages

WB looked good tonight. The backups got a lot of playing time, but when the starters played they were very efficient. The scrimmage was the ten plays on offense format for most of the scrimmage, and the Govs scored 3 times in their first series on offense. One of those scores was a long run by one of the backup running backs.

This is WB's year to make some noise with their headliners at the skill positions. I still want to see what they can do against bigger competition. Loudon (3A) in the spring game an Seymour (4A) in the scrimmage is still like being a 16 yr old freshman, its not an even comparison .

 

Oak Ridge scrimmage will tell us more. I think they should score at least 3 times from 30 yards out on OR.

just from what I have been reading here on the T, Willy B should be good on offense! can they stop OR atleast  3 times from the 30 and in. defense wins games that matter. how is WB's defense?
