orngnblk
J.D. McDaniel #5...I literally don't think you could over throw him, maybe under throw him. Just throw it up and he'd run under it.I still think he is the fastest white kid I have ever saw play!I ain't jokin either. If he wouldn't had so much trouble in his Grade school yes(personal and academic) could have played any where.Great return guy and NO ONE could cover him one on one. OldMain
we'll probably choose to stay D1 easy...just follow the rules; like we do now.
TheAmbassador
easy...just follow the rules; like we do now. From my understanding I seriously doubt that any private school will be able to stay D1. The list of things you can't do is very long. Any type of discounts, any parent or kid working at the school in a summer program. I've never heard of any private school that doesn't have some sort of aid for really smart kids, etc.

We offer multiple student discounts (which are minimal, look at our website), but other than that we fit the new criteria. Enjoy the practice today GB and CA. It's something to hold on to. I am sorry, but that's a red flag to me. How on this earth any successful private program can stay D1 is mind boggling to me. You mean Grace doesn't have any programs during the summer or any other time that allow students or parents to work and make money? I interpreted the multi student discount as financial aid. How are they going to get around that part?

How are they going to get around that part? The discount is minimal and will have to end in order to comply. That's the only item we have that would need to change in order to comply. It's my understanding that 75% of the private schools can't or won't conform to the new guidelines and will play D2. . And the rest of us are left with the ones that just won't leave. They all just out work us in every sport. It has nothing to do with the good players they have in every sport. Not saying you are doing anything wrong, but facts are facts you get to draw kids from a huge area. It makes it really hard to compete.
