Are you helping with the weight program? I hope so. They really need to be pushed to achieve more strength. We aren't very big and we need to get stronger

A kid from jasper and my son worked out here over the Christmas break. Former warrior made sure they pushed eachother. Some kids also went to D1, and I was amazed at what I saw when I got to lay eyes on them.

Rlh you are full of mess. I looked in my Google and 16 ounces is only one pound. If our boys are only lifting one pound they will not get very strong. Grider better be making our boys lift more than one pound. You think im joking but im not.

I was told they will both make an immediate impact. Have you seen the new additions?

The new qb needs quick legs in a run only offense. The rocket arm is just a bonus

No doubt SP will contend in 1A, there are maybe 2 good teams in 1A on any given year. I was saying that the days of SP competing consistently with MC (regardless of coach) or any other quality schools of larger classification are most likely over.

Kinfolk no offense but 1A had 4/5 teams that would've won it in 2A this year. Now they are all on the West side but the statement you just made right there is dumb. I'm just keeping it real
