But they can play with another schools football team and still go to Hume fogg.

I understand that that still doesn't mean that Hume Fog has a football team. That's why my buddy said he went to PC. I don't know why because I'm not familiar with either school besides PC always having a tough team. Good luck in the championship! Going to be ALOT of future kids playing on Saturdays on the field!

Will you guys lead the Exodus?

I have no idea what they are going to do. I'm sure they will evaluate their options and make a decision on what is best for the students who are affected. It is easy to sit in a committee room making up these rules. The hard part is when it affects students and families lives.

So why doesn't those schools enrollment a count against PC. That would bump them up to 5/6A.

idk why it wouldn't bump stratford ,pc and Hillwood up. Maybe it has something to do with the small amount of kids who actually play football at the schools. Each year there's no more than 3 to 4 kids. Which most times don't start

The TSSAA has been doing co-op for years.  If a school doesn't have a sport it allows a student to participate, however, the TSSAA selects the school,  the student doesn't pick.  When I coached at University High in Johnson City, if our kids wanted to play football, they played for Davey Crockett even though Science Hill was closer,

    • They did a 10 play series deal instead of down and distance. LC scored twice but if it had been an actual game neither would have mattered because they turned over the ball twice with Sweetwater forcing fumbles both times. LC only scored on the 2nd stringers as well. Defense is looking solid and the offense has a good running back and receiver who did not play last year but made several great catches during the scrimmage, I believe the cats had some key pieces missing with baseball and track still being in season at the time. Considering the wildcats were matched up against a 5A school the cats held their own and forced multiple turnovers while also creating scoring opportunities against the LC defense.

I spent 27 years, faithfully in the United States Military. I don’t know if it was because I am Black or an easy target”
    • I don’t see any of them guys why leave programs to go there with no community backing or anything. Word up here on the hill is davy and veto into it over whose kid should be q b for jr high. Tough times in tc hope it all changes with a new face. And once again we aren’t giving up shoulders. And he doesn’t want that crap down there lol
    • They had the toughest bracket last year and no one said a word. You will never make everyone happy. Someone is always complaining.
    • Whoever gets hired I don’t think they will be there long, they’ll get ran out of town because they can’t win a tough region with a pee wee team.
