Actually my kid did give up football to focus on wrestling but has since suffered a pretty serious medical issue. He's not in school at all right now. We hope to have him back at Boyd in January.

It could be so much worse.

Fortunately we caught it early enough.

The bad is the next 9 weeks he goes threw treatments 2 times a day. And home schools.

Back to the good news... There is a very high success rate so with any luck we're back in January and do another 9 weeks next summer.

 

I apologize to everyone for bringing this up on a football forum.
