He fought for every yard too. I felt like the defense done a good job of getting a hat on him at the line of scrimmage. Just struggled to wrap him up. He is a determined young man that plays with alot of heart.

Waverly D is no joke this year. Running game and passing game is on spot for Waverly . If I was a Fairview fan I would really be concerned.

They were no joke last year or the year before either. They'll have Fairview's full attention just like in those games. We're playing some pretty good defense ourselves.

Camden Fan here. Waverly has a very good defense and the QB makes great reads out of the read option . While Camdens defense really played well he made them look bad on several plays just with his head. Thats not a knock on his physical tools because he has them too and he is only a Sophmore

 

The Oline isnt he biggest or best but they play physical and keep at it all play long. The QB helps them out a lot with his feet and smarts. If you want to beat them you will have to confuse the QB(good luck) and put him on his rump.

I'm picking Waverly in this one in a swarbarnburner, the end result being nothing other than tuning each of these teams up for the cold playoffs in November. I'm picking both to be their respective region champs.
