I think they do run the spread; (of some type). Watched the Farragut game and they had Farragut down by 20 early on. Had the ball fourth and goal on the one late in fourth quarter  rather than kick a field goal to make a two score game they went for it and failed.. Farragut  went on to score and win the game. Appeared talented but young to me.

Yep.  They run a spread offense and have some nice skill guys.

Bearden is starting a freshman QB these days in Collin Ironside, a kid with a huge upside who has looked really good at times this year, and at others has looked like the freshman that he is.  He has some really good skills, and especially for a freshman.

Ty Warren is a good running back.  He's not a big back, but he is quick and isn't afraid to put his head down and go up the middle when he needs to.

Dakota Davis is solid on the OL, and obviously comes from good stock given that his Dad is Antoine Davis.

Junior LB Cam Miller looks to me to be their most active defender.

I think they went for it because the coach thought it was at a bad angle but that's why your thinking ahead when your running plays and not put yourself in a bad angle situation. Me personally, I would have not chanced it when they were at a good angle and kicked it on third down and not risk a fumble either.
