Updates, per BHS request, from the Whitehaven Football Twitter page, WMC News Channel 5 Website coverage of the school's signings, and Reporter / Sports Anchor for WMC Action News 5, Sudu Upadhyay's Twitter page:  I learned that Deniro Tillman committed to Coffeyville Community College per his twitter page. That raises the number of signees from the 2016 State champs from 19 to 20.

State, Vanderbilt Univ., Univ. of Virginia, Virginia Tech Univ., invited to play in the V7 Elite Playmakers All American football game. (Shad's Top 5 as of June 9th)

I want to give a shout out and congratulate Whitehaven's own Patrick Smith (QB on the 2012 6A State Champion team) who is currently going into his senior year at my Alma mater, TSU, for being selected as the Pre-season Offensive Player of the Year for the OVC for Lindy's Magazine.

There must be some truth to this because all I am hearing from the West Tennessee band wagon bammers is crickets.
