Greenback may have some upgrades to take care of as far as there bleachers go. But hands down 1 of the best atmospheres in East tn high school football if you ask me. Thats what it should be about. Not fancy bleachers but communities coming together.

Completely agree...the entrance is awesome, going through the tunnel with all the history on the walls and in the trophy case. Also like the stadium.

Wow!  Does that make them the second public school in west tn outside of Memphis to get it?  I know Dyersburg got it a few year back.

I think so. Heard rumors of Dyer Co wanting turf but idk if that ever materialized, I haven't been up there since I was still playing.

Heard Dyersburg was also building some mammoth indoor facility dedicated to baseball softball and bowling among others

I think it is great for Huntingdon to get their turf field. I don't know if Dyer County will get one, their field is usually in great shape. However, with Huntingdon getting theirs, I do believe you will start to see the dominoes start to fall. I could honestly see Milan, Haywood, Lexington, Hardin County, Adamsville, and Peabody get a turf field in the next 2-3 years. North Side, Liberty, and South Side desperately could use turf fields and even more, but the school system and the county does not support athletics in Jackson, which is sad.

However, if I took a guess on who would be the next school to get turf, USJ has my vote.

I'd give Forrest a 4, but I think they are starting to outgrow what they have.

forrest isnt a 4 in my opinion. Kind of neat that they have some stands in the end zone but the playing surface is a 3, stadium 2 maybe. Not sure about everything else.

USJ would be my first guess as well. I heard Milan wants to start upgrades on the actual stadium rather than the field itself
