Yes, but he kept saying since SD isn't there Arlington is better, well if Arlington had a tough region like 4 they wouldn't have made it either, easy to make State duals when you have an easy region!

Wow, possibly the dumbest comment I've seen on this board.  Why not just close all the wrestling programs down in TN and just let Bradley, Cleveland and SD wrestle for the Cleveland State Duals Championship?

 

Why does the TSSAA even keeping scheduling Dual State Championships if we already know the top 3 teams are how they finish in Region 4.  I guess every other wrestler in this state should just realize their hardwork and dedication is a waste of time and effort since they don't have the benefit of living in the great wrestling mecca of Cleveland.

Might as well. It's always Region 4 winning it all and most the time, wrestling each other for state LOL. Just kidding. Think all or most of region 4 is getting aggravated at most other region fan bases. Other region fan should simply not try to throw our region under the bus about being overrated or let's just give Soddy a 3rd place trophy even tho they're not there. It gets old.

 

They're really great teams outside of region 4, but like Cobra was just trying to say, if Arlington, WC, Tennessee High or any other great wrestling program was in our region, they would not make it to state. It's just a hard disappointed fact. Region 4 is just dominate.

Have we the last 2 times we've met? Lol. Seriously. The only way we come away with state is we have got to win the matches that we are suppose to win. Including coming up with bonus points in them. Something that Cleveland does not give up. Somehow someway, Gibson and Gentry has got to stay off their backs. Just won't happen. If Bradley and Cleveland are in the finals and the match starts up at 106, Bradley could be in a good lead until we reach the upper weights and once again, as time showed this year, that kicks our butt. We've got to come away with an extra pin or 2 to pull it off.

Thank you sir. I believe that pin we needed came at 106 and that extra win we needed at 120. Helped giving Mc an easy pin as well. Looking forward in 2 weeks. Hope we can sweep again!

Pretty sure it was 2005 when Frankling beat Bradley. Think it was around that time that Clarksville also won individual.if I recall right, those may be the only 2 teams that has won anything since early 90s when Da Bears went on their dominate runs. Oh and Red Bank!

Science Hill was up 27-22 going into the last match. TN needed a pin to win. SH got a turn for 3 points in the first 30 second OT and then an escape and takedown in the next 30 second OT to win 10-4 and make the final team score 30-22.

Yes that's it. I thought the TN kid might turn him early in the match he looked like he was the better wrestler then about the end of the 2 period he looked like he started hitting a wall.

that was a really good match to watch.  Really good to see SH win that one.

Judson looked great. It was a heck of a match, considering Wysong beat him pretty good the last couple times including a 1st period pin the first time they met. Both kids are special talents. And only freshmen i believe?
