Depends on Waverly's D against the run.  Our QB can sling it a lil too.  I'd like to think Forrest could score 3-4 times. Won't be enough but i'm looking forward to seeing.

3-4 times? How's yals kicker because I don't see 3 scores being put up on Waverly's starters. Maybe mid 3rd to 4th quarter yal can work in a few but I don't see more than a touchdown against us by halftime

Sorry bud, but I think you are confused. My statement is not ludicrous, it's fact. I do believe we are talking about two different games. I was talking about the Waverly/ Riverside game and I was giving advice to EHSeagles to watch out because they will be playing RS next. Looks like you are referring to the RS/ East Hickman game, which I know nothing about, but in our game, Waverly that is, there were SEVERAL penalty flags and several of your players and one of the coaches ejected! We actually had a drive where we made it all the way down the field on personal foul penalties alone. So if you want you can do you some research and I'm 100% sure you will find it was so!

Ok I'll admit when I was wrong lol. U quoted east Hickman guy so thought u was w them. My fault. N yes the penalties were horrible that game. Our guys were frustrated n lost their discipline. Both teams combined for almost 400 yards penalties. But only one ejection w an assistant coach just escorting him to locker room

All the way down the field on just penalties and a coach and some players ejected?! Wow...thanks for the warning!

That's a true statement Bama, they are the dirtiest time I've ever seen. EHS is you have a child playing be sure to tell him to keep his head on a swivel. I couldn't even keep up with all the dirty hits, hits after the whistle, and hits after the ball carrier had already stepped out of bounds. And my son said they where sticking their hands inside of there face masks and punching them in the balls while they was under the pile. Not to mention mouthing off to the officials. I think by the end of our game 3 kids and a coach had been ejected, so watch out, they are very physical and will beat you up literally!

Yes I have a son that plays at Eagleville, but he's not a starter. Football is a rough sport, but sounds like they take it too far. Coaches can have a lot of influence on whether or not that kinda stuff goes on.

The Waverly team has won championships at every level except this one and i think they are on a mission. General if your at the game I would like to meet ya if your ok with that. Waverly will not be over looking y'all and like I said I think a running base team would have more success against us than a passing based team would. Safe travels to you guys. I'm so ready for this game our schedule has been really boring here lately!

What championships has Waverly won? Last year's  semifinal game against Trezevant and 1987 team's semifinal game against Brentwood Academy are the only games I can remember them making it that far,  except maybe the 1994 may have played in a semifinal game,  but NEVER in a championship game much less winning a championship.  Don't get me wrong,  I'd love to see it because I'm a Waverly alumni myself but get your facts straight before posting. The only championships Waverly has won had been in softball,  girls basketball,  girls team golf,  girls golf individual and girls cross country individual.

Tiger what yr did you graduate? You jumped the gun on that post bud! I said every level "except" this one (HIGHSCHOOL). I talking about youth and middle school. I went to school with most of the people you mentioned "except" the 87 team.

Lol, it's ok, just a misunderstanding. I respect a man that can admit that he made a mistake. We are all passionate about are boys and our teams  so if you think someone is making a ridiculous statement about them you suppose to jump all over them, lol. It's all in fun though, that why I love this game, because when all the talk is over, it all comes down to what gets done on that field!

Yeah I know, but that's how they did it back in the day. If you can't beat em, beat em up,lol. We actually run into dirty hits alot. I think people get so frustrated that we score so much and feel that we are trying to embarrass them by running up the score, so they show their frustration with late dirty hits. But we never intend to embarrass anyone, we just play our game, and put it on the other teams to stop it. I think all except 3 games we usually have our jv/ freshman in towards the beginning of the 3rd quarter and we still keep scoring, not our fault. I really hate it though, my son is a sophomore and worked super hard all summer and all season and earned significant play time and was working towards starting and then he took a late dirty hit when we played Houston County and it tore his ACL, now he's out for 6 months.:(
