One thing we need to take notes on from places like south pitt, and marion, and TC. Notice the excitement and love for their program. Look at all the different posters on coach T they have. To have a good program you have to have people that love the program. Kinda a rabbed fanbase. The parents have to be all in. The community needs to be. Its that way with anything you do if you want to succeed.

Not so fast right now at TC the stands haven’t been full at a playoff last Friday with great tradition comes great expectations so like a 7-3 season is considered a down year fans can be fair weather fans but it takes winning to fill the stands up it’s a catch 22 either it’s a gold ball or bust

Not for westmoreland. Our fans came to the TC game. We knew we didn’t really have a chance. But those stands were filled.

We scored then didn’t we?

Yeah you did so gives you’ll like 13 points total last 3 games vs TC but Westmoreland seemed banged up some that game and plus it was early in season TC was missing 4 starters that game and lost a 5th one early in the game

    • Yes this process is moving slower than I would have expected
    • also was told coady auston applied, he served as defensive coordinator for greenfield under don pitt several years ago before going to Obion county
    • TSSAA restrictions for hiring non-faculty coaches have been removed for over a year at this point. In the past a non-faculty person had to be "grandfathered" by being an assistant coach for five years, being fingerprinted, and having a background check run per TSSAA rules... since those were rescinded, the board of directors for the school district are responsible for any/all restrictions on hiring non-faculty personnel. I guess what I'm saying to you is that if you really wanted what you posted, it's already possible as long as your local BOE will allow for it.
    • stop it, rlh. you’re gonna get me all misty eyed and sentimental.    i see seven fairly regularly. ….but slim shady, that’s like spotting bigfoot on main street. you just hope he doesn’t spot you.
    • Are you trying to say you didn't find Seven and ShadySlim going at it?
